RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unworn items in their original boxes or packaging for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Please contact us at returns@soulashoes.com to receive a return authorization number and returns must be prepaid and sent via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the merchandise and sent in a shipping box. Returns will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as the shipping box.

Sale merchandise is final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted!

Exchanges can be made provided the item and size requested are available and shipping fees will apply as stated in our shipping policy.

Merchandise returned to our Smith Street store is eligible for store credit only.
